Step 1 – Inquiry & Tour

Parents can call, email, or visit our center to schedule a tour. During the visit, families meet the staff, explore classrooms, and learn about our curriculum and daily routines.

Step 2 – Application Form

After the tour, parents complete a registration or enrollment application (available online or at the center). This includes basic family information, child’s age, allergies, and emergency contacts.

Step 3 – Document Submission

To finalize the application, families submit:

• Child’s birth certificate or proof of age

• Updated immunization record

• Medical form completed by a pediatrician

• Emergency contact and authorized pickup list

• Parent/guardian photo ID

Step 4 – Registration Fee & Deposit

A one-time registration fee (and sometimes a security deposit) is required to secure the child’s space. This fee covers administrative and supply costs.

Step 5 – Orientation Meeting

Parents attend an orientation to review policies (arrival/pick-up, meals, health, and communication) and receive the parent handbook. Teachers also discuss your child’s transition plan and daily schedule.

Step 6 – First Day of Attendance

Your child begins their first day! We recommend a gradual start (half-day or shortened hours) to ensure a smooth adjustment to the new environment.
